This is an hour long, high energy class in which students
will be taught traditional and contemporary African dance. Dancers
will be shown particular movements that correlate to the traditional
rhythms of the Ivory Coast and told the song and story behind the dance movements.

This class is good for dancers of all levels and is a strong cardio workout.
